1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Educational Use Only
This product is for educational and entertainment purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or psychological advice. See our Educational Disclaimer for full details, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. Subscriptions and One-Time Purchases
We offer two paid options. The 7-day full access option begins at a $1 activation and then renews automatically at $19.99 per week unless canceled before the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time in one click from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period. The one-time report option is a single charge of $9.99 with no recurring billing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. To request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, email billing@traderprofile.tech. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping, reselling, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including questions, archetype descriptions, copy, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use your own results for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
