We collect: your email address; your quiz answers and the resulting archetype scores; payment information, which is processed and stored by Stripe (we never store your full card number); and technical data such as your user agent and approximate country derived from your IP address.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to deliver your results, process payments and subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Lawful Bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract (delivering the service you purchased), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the service), your consent (where requested), and compliance with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements).
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), and our email/transactional provider. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
5. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account or relationship with us is active, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations (for example, financial records for up to 7 years for tax purposes), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing (GDPR), as well as the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (CCPA/CPRA). 7. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
8. Children
This service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Cookies
In this version we use only strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies required to operate the service and process payments securely. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
